Hey babe wanted to let you know how much I love you and what you do for our family. You are amazing and we make great and adorable kids. I am so glad we have made it through some pretty tough times and hopefully those are behind us and now we can continue to move forward. You are truly my other half. First word and does it count?

So I need some opinions Karson has started saying dadada and I am wondering if that counts for his first word.... Doesn't he have to know who it is? I think the bottom line is that I am MAD that he didn't say mamama I would repeat that to him all of the time WHY not me I am the one who takes care of him, feeds him, baths him, and whatever else he is in need of (most of the time Doug sometimes) anyways Doug insists and thinks that it is so funny. But what I think is FUNNY is when he tries to calm him and down and can't he then hands him to me and he stops almost instantly. So HAHA Doug he might say your name but LOVES me more. HAHAHA LOL!!!!!

Best Mom EVER!

So I took my kids to the free lunch and as my friend and I were loading stuff in our cars I went to get Karson out of her stroller and un did his belt and then she asked me a question so I went around the stroller forgeting that I un did his belt yeah I know STUPID! Anyways I went around to get him and as I got there he tumbled out on the grass on to his head and now he has a raspberry on his head you can't tell really in the pic but it is there. DUMB DUMB I know these things happen but it sucks when it happend to you. Moral of the story next time greab him and take him around the stroller with me. I love you Karson and I am SORRY!

Karson wondering Who?

It was so funny my parents came over last week for dinner and my dad sat behind Karson he would grab his shirt so my dad would trun around and this is what he got and then sometimes he would burst into tears and my dad would turn around and he would stop and then go back to grabbing his shirt. It was so FUNNY! THis just means that Papa works too much or that Nana spends too much. What do you think?

Dad and Mom J

Doug's parents came up on Friday and brought pizza

then Elaine his mom's new obsession metal detecting her and the boys went out back to see what they could find. Now remeber I told you the back yard needs help and this looks GOOD compared to what it was, but the front is MUCH better. But it isn't helping the grass when the kids ride the four wheeler out there, so I will be ending that. I know no fun, they will have to ride on the sidewalk. Thanks Mom and Dad J for coming out the kids loved having you come. Wondering where Kori is she is actually riding the 4 wheeler out front on the sidewalk. I will have to get pics of that and post them.

Happy Birthday MOM

So on Thursday the 19th was my mom's Birthday so I just wanted to post and tell her how much I appreciate her and look up to her. She is a wonderful mom. grandma, sister, daughter, daughter in law, and mother in law ( Doug might not always agree but most of the time) haha. She is always there for me and when I was growing up I remember thinking can't she leave me alone and let me make mistakes? But being a mother myself I know why she didn't, don't get me wrong she let me make mistakes and I suffered the consequences GOOD or BAD. But I knew no matter what she would be there for me and supporting me even if she didn't always understand or agree. I do not know what I do without YOU. I love you very much and I want you to know what your love and support mean to me. Thanks for teaching me how to be a better mom. We went to a play that my friends daughter was in the night of her B-day (thanks Dad) and then I made her dinner last night and cake. Hope your day was enjoyable. LOVE YOU!

Grandma Great

So on Friday my mom and I went to visit my grandma and clean her house for her. She always loves to see the kids. They love to go down there and play with her toys, isn't funny no matter what toys are at your grandma's house you always love to play with them and you always have a favorite. About a year and a half ago my other geandma passed away (we MISS her dearly) and ahortly after my grandpa was getting rid of some of the things and needless to say my favorite toy was in the boxes so I brought it home. We love grandma and hopes that she enjoys her clean house and hopefully soon we will go do her carpets.

Fun filled Thursday

So a little late in posting but school is kicking my butt!! Last Thursday we were at my moms and she was using her little tiller and my boys were dying to help run it (big helpers) so here they are. Go Dalton and Daxton!! But in between them running the tiller they were swimming in a small pool, playing on a slip and slide, running through a sprinkler and riding bikes scooters and whatever else they found. Needless to say they ALL love being outside.

To lose Weight!

I know for some people it is so easy to lose weight but not for me and it seems like it is harder each kid. So I have a targeted weight loss of 24 lbs and I am hoping to succeed with that in a healthy way. I know it is going to be work but I am ready, I am currently going to school four days a week and on Fri when I do not go my kids and I ride bikes well I am pulling two of the four behind my bike and let me tell you it is work. For all of you out there that make it look so easy it is NOT! Between being a mom, going to school, holding a church calling, and being a wife finding time to exercise is very difficult again I give much praise to those that can and especially getting up early mornings this is not me. But wish me luck!

Scooter

So an update on Karson stil not crawling but scooting all over now I have to watch the stairs YIKES! He is also cutting four teeth at one time it is a joke and very painful for everyone involved. He has been the light in our lives and joy we all love him so much. If he is crying and I am busy there is always someone who will go and pick him up spoiled NO! I am sure before long he is going to be all over even faster. Although Korii was walking at 9mnths and Dalton at 10mnths Daxton not so much, so I am sure soon. Go, Karson!

My weekend

So as you know Kori is on a comp soccer team and so I figure to make her appreciate it more she needs to help pay for costs, So she was babysitting Heather's kids Skyler and Chloee (lexi is out of town) and then the next night Corbin Megan's son. She does a very good jobb and of course I am home in case she needs help. But she does all of the work, they love her so much and she loves the responsibility and can't wait to do it on her own (not for a while). So thanks Heather and Megan for letting her watch them.

Loving the weather

So I am a little late in posting I took my kids to the park and I walked the track my boys rode their scooters and Kori either walked or rode her skateboard. They didn't want to play on the toys so I guess next time I might as well just go to Davis High and walk their track. Then I don't have to watse gas. Any way it was lots of fun I went my sister Megan and her son and a friend of mine and her kids. Loving the weather.

Father's Day

I wanted to post on all of the dad's in my life first thanks to doug for being a great husband and father to our kids, I truly couldn't do it without you. Thanks for always putting up with my moods and supporting me in my decisions. I am so glad that we have made it through some tough times and I know that it has made us closer than before. THANK YOU! Second my Dad, for always being there and listening and giving advice even though I didn't always follow I always listened. Thanks for working hard and asking for very little in return. You are a great dad, husband to mom and grandpa to our kids. Last but not least Mike (Doug's dad) through all of the hard times, I knew you always loved all of us and wanted the best for us. You are a great Dad, husband and grandpa always up for a fun ride, I finally have the great son you raised, thanks. We love all of you and don't know what we would do without you. Chloee

Here is my niece, Heather's youngest Chloee after eating an ice cream cone. She loved it and her face shows it. But it wasn't even a very big one it was a minature cone, but the kid can make a mess. Love to EAT!

So you forget a lot of things about babies, Before I had him My twins were 6 and would be almost 7 when I had him. What was I thinking starting ALL over? But come to find out he is worth it. But I do not recall any of my others LOVING food as much as he doesfrom the moment he was born he loves to eat. THe other night we were sitting at the table and I had just fed him peaches and carrots. Doug was holding him and Karson grabbed a shrimp off of his plate and started sucking it right away we had no idea that he had done this. We took it away and let him suck on a piece of cantalope and he just started biting off pieces to it. So I chopped it up in my chopper and he ate two bowls of it (they weren't very big of course, but still WOW) this kid can eat and he loves it and loves to make a mess of it. I can't wait til he gets more teeth so he can eat other things.

Number 7

Kori is on a Competition soccer team (she is number 7) and she loves it and I must say she is very good. She is also the fastest on the team she loves being forward and hates being a defender ( well it is okay she says but she would rather be a forward). It is so fun to watch these girls play and their competetive attitude. They love it when they beat the other team by a lot. I must say that they have one of the best coaches around, he is awesome with the girls and is always looking out for their interests and teaching them new things. She has played soccer with him for 3 yrs and this coming year is 4. I love because they play ALL year long and indoor is awesome to watch. Way to go Kori keep up the good work and run fast! We love you!!

Welcome Eric!!

My little sister Megan got married on Saturday June 7, 2008 to Eric Spencer. It was a beautiful wedding and we are so glad to have Eric in our family offically. They have a son Corbin and he is so cute in his tux. Way to go you two I can't believe that you both finally did it, you are now legal. So remember NEVER GO TO BED ANGRY, and ALWAYS SAY I LOVE YOU. Also there are so things that need to stay just between the two of you and no one else needs to be invovled try to work out your problems before invovling others.
